From order to your port
This is how you buy and receive your GTX machine. Times are approximate.
Step 1: You request your quote
Tell us which machine you need and how many units.
Step 2: You receive the official quote
We send you the official quote for your machine.
Step 3: We answer your questions
We clear up any technical or commercial question before payment.
Step 4: Payment details
You will find them in the quote, or we send them to you separately.
Step 5: You make the payment
By bank transfer (payment is received in 2 to 3 business days) or in cash in China.
Step 6: Production
Your machine is produced in 15 to 25 days.
Step 7: Inspection
You check your machine by video call or video before dispatch.
Step 8: Dispatch to port
About 1 week, while the export documents are prepared and the container is booked.
Step 9: Sea freight
About 45 days at sea.
Step 10: Customs clearance
About 10 to 15 days, if there are no issues at the port.
